Almond Eyes

Through "Almond Eyes," I invite viewers to consider the transformative power of perspective. "Almond Eyes" was inspired by an interaction at SFO. As I requested almond milk, the barista made an intended playful remark saying "you like almond milk because your eyes are shaped like almonds". Drawing from this interaction, I felt compelled to create this piece but transform my initial feelings of discomfort and anger to ones of appreciation and reflection.
